Hot off the KCNA presses:
Pyongyang, September 19 (KCNA) — Delegations and delegates from Sweden, UK, China and Hong Kong of China arrived here on Wednesday for the 13th Pyongyang International Film Festival.
Earlier, international judges from Germany, Russia, Australia and China and delegations and delegates from Russia, Democratic Congo, Switzerland and France arrived.
What we would give to sit in on that deliberation.
